Member Services Club Lime
Club Lime is the premier brand of Viva Leisure Pty Limited. Incepted in the ACT in 2004, Club Lime now boasts 17 health club locations through the ACT, branching interstate in 2012 with its first NSW club based in Wollongong and now Goulburn opening in 2018..
Club Lime is currently seeking to fill several casual Member Service positions at many Club Lime locations.
The Member Service position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all of our members, including sales and maintenance of memberships. Applicants for the position of Member Services will have demonstrated high level customer service skill, enjoy working within an effective team environment and working in a client service role.
About you
We are currently looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive individuals who would like to become a part of a vibrant team. The successful applicants will have the following traits:

What we are looking for
- Competent in the use of Information Technology
- Confident in nature
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in sales (desirable)
- Previous experience in health clubs and or aquatic facilities (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Highly developed verbal and written communication, consultation and customer negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
