Qualifications, skills and values;
You're a highly professional, qualified, Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Your personality is confident, outgoing and approachable.
Our staff are our biggest strength! A Fitness Playground Trainer requires the following;
- Cert 3/4 or equivalent
- A good track record of achievement
- Additional qualifications would be an advantage
- You must be able to demonstrate how you've worked as part of a team
- Show evidence of your passion for learning
- You'll be a good communicator – equally good at listening and explaining
- Your unique ability to motivate, inspire and connect with others will help our members to make the most of our services
- Like us, you believe in putting people first. And you'll know instinctively how to do that with awareness and sensitivity
