Kieser is a physiotherapy centre which features an integrated strength training facility. Kieser has physios, exercise scientists and exercise physiologists who work with clients for comprehensive rehabilitation, sport performance or enhanced day-to-day living. You will work with diverse clientele including musculoskeletal, metabolic and neurological patient groups.
This is an opportunity for an outgoing, proactive individual to work in an exciting new field with an international company that is expanding rapidly within Australia.
We have a part time position to fill with work available at Kieser Camberwell. This role will consist of 2 - 3 shifts per week with an opportunity to increase over time. Our role will include a mix of shifts during the week but will likely include some weekend work.
We are looking for vibrant people to join our team who enjoy working one on one with varied clients, exercise prescription and working to Team Goals. You will develop your skills and knowledge through internal and external PD and we expect you to demonstrate a high level of clinical reasoning skills.
Exercise Scientists are responsible for
- Devising Training Plans
- Exercise Prescription and programming
- Taking 1:1 sessions
- Establishing and assessing patient goals
- Strength assessments
- Build a caseload of HIT Assisted Training clients
- Administration of our front desk
- Smiling - we like friendly people!
Extensive staff training will be provided.
