The Company:

Insurgence Fitness is about to take the world by storm! We are the revolutionary fitness company offering Functional Group Training 24/7! Our workouts are based around functional high intensity interval training (HIIT). With efficient 30min workouts, starting every 3minutes, 24/7.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, skilled and passionate gym manager to join our incredible team. As club manager you will be responsible for driving the club forward and growing all areas of the business. This includes establishing a strong level of member satisfaction & amazing club culture.

Your previous sales experience will translate into identifying and developing sales strategies in order to increase memberships via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and out-reach activities.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares for our members - the lifeblood of our business. Someone with high level emotional intelligence and people skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive performance. You will be an individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set. You’ll be solution oriented with a great positive attitude. Of course you’ll also be completely reliable and be the type of person to take full responsibility for your role.

Ideally, you will either be a prior studio and/or gym Manager, personal trainer and/or sales professional with a high level of sales experience and a track record of exceeded performance targets.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Growing all areas of the business
• Reaching membership Sales & Revenue Targets
• Network with local businesses
• Delivering high energy, engaging H.I.I.T classes
• Understand functional training and the ability to correct technique and adjust exercises for different individuals
• Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name
• Establish our kick-ass culture so members never want to leave
• Execute Marketing activities
• Ongoing sales and lead generation
• Drive and manage the gyms social media pages
• Manage all administrative aspects of the business

What We Are Looking For:

• Full-time availability with experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a similar management related position.
• Prior experience in a membership sales/sales management within the fitness industry
• Experience in conducting and leading Group Fitness Classes
• Be fit, naturally outgoing, confident and energetic
• A talent for social media

Minimum Applicant Criteria:

• Possess a nationally recognised Cert III and IV in Fitness.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Have functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to coach others effectively.
• QLD Blue Card - Working with Children Certificate
• Meet minimum fitness level requirements as expected in the industry
• Available to commence asap
