Job tasks and responsibilities

• Teach swimming in a purpose built heated MagnaPool.
• Inpart to your pupils the joy of being confident in the water.
• Job satisfaction knowing you make a difference in a child's life.
• Work closely with our managers to ensure the smooth running of the program.
• Build a bond with your pupils.
• An open mind to a swimming program that has been successful since 1947.
• Opportunity to add new teaching ideas to your teaching skills.

Skills and experience

• Industry qualifications AUSTSWIM, ASCTA essential.
• An open mind and commitment to making a difference in a child's life.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable.
• Be able to relate to children and parents.
• Open to new ideas and understanding of Shaplands' tried and proven teaching method.
• Work with our managers and existing teaching staff to deliver a semi-private high quality swimming lesson to all ages - babies to adults.
