We're looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Studio Manager to take the reins of an established F45 Training Studio in the Inner West.
F45 is the revolutionary group training program changing lives around the globe. Born in Australia, the phenomenal program is now spreading through continents like wildfire. A team training facility in which members are challenged every day! Experiencing different functional movements, high intensity interval training, fun and RESULTS in 45 minute sessions.
The F45 model is built on having great trainers who truly care about the health and wellness of clients. We're calling on an experienced self-starter who is truly client focused with a track record of delivering results. The hands-on nature of this role will allow you to truly make your mark as you take on a mix of managing studio operations, growth and delivering market leading high energy group classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the continued growth of the F45 studio
- Manage the daily operation of the studio
- Drive and manage client memberships
- Ownership of social media engagement and campaigns
- Engage local community to drive awareness and socialise
- Together with the talented team, deliver high quality team training classes
Required Attributes:
- Previous experience managing a studio/team
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, vibrant, passionate and personable approach with clients
- Sales experience
- Highly driven and goal orientated
- Committed with a willingness & ability to work flexible hours
- Core values of honesty and integrity, trustworthy with cash/inventory handling
- Self-motivated with strong organisation and planning skills
- Fitness Industry Savvy
Required Qualifications:
- Cert IV in Personal Training
- Senior First Aid
