Qualifications from a recognised TAFE, College or University in Community Services, Youth Work, Sport and Recreation, or similar and/or a minimum of three year's experience in the provision of services to people experiencing disadvantage;
Develop, implement and coordinate the Reclink National Program in the Caboolture and Fortitude Valley and the Reclink Streetgames program;
Provide support to the Reclink Sports Coordinators in Caboolture, Fortitude Valley, Bundaberg and Logan;
Establish a formal Reclink network of member agencies to assist in the development of programs;
Identify and recruit prospective member organisations and volunteers in the Caboolture and Fortitude Valley;
Work closely with identified key stakeholders in the development of programs;
Establish a diverse range of co-designed sport and recreation programs to engage disadvantaged communities;
Demonstrated experience in team coordination and an understanding of administrative systems, evaluation, and innovative practice;
A positive communicator with high level of verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;
Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within community networks;
Work in consultation with key community stakeholders and service providers in government and community sectors;
Demonstrated ability to lead a small team;
Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and constructively in a team setting with minimal supervision;
Be a self-starter, reliable and able to work independently, innovatively and respectfully with diverse individuals and groups;
Demonstrated experience working with young people;
Demonstrated experience working with multicultural communities;
High level of time management and organisational skills and capacity to work effectively to agreed targets;
A positive National Police Check and Working with Children Check is mandatory
Current drivers licence and own vehicle;
Working 28 hours per week, NFP salary packaging applies;
