The owners of the best F45 studio 3 years in a row, Port Melbourne are looking for a full-time manager to oversee the award winning and highly regarded Port Melbourne Studio.
Port Melbourne has established professional, experienced and passionate staff and an amazing group of members that are looking for a high level manager to lead the team.

Responsibilities:
- Delivers high intensity interval F45 Group training classes
- Motivates members & staff to reach their full potential
- Leads a team across two studios
- Reaches set membership targets
- Recruitment
- Continues to drive the staff
- Builds community outreach
- Delivers instructions in the F45 terminology
- Inspires and promotes an energetic environment
- Assists in the sale of memberships and other offerings
- Welcomes clients by name and builds a rapport
- Continues to build the community culture of the studio
Skills & Experience:
- Experience at delivering Group Fitness sessions, preferably F45
- Excellent verbal skills
- Knowledge of F45
- Lead by example
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early morning & late nights)
- Ability to motivate clients
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Excellent attention to detail

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Cert III & IV in Group Fitness
- Curent Senior First Aid and CPR
- Familiar with F45 systems, programmes, MindBody & marketing
- All necessary Insurances
