Pilates Instructor Position

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a casual Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic and energetic team. The appropriate candidate will be wanting to pursue an increasing role in the instructing of Fitness Pilates, and be willing to learn off a highly experienced team.
The new team member will participate in our 'in-house' professional development to improve skills in class instructing, exercise repertoire and other training methods.
The Position:
Our Fitness Pilates service delivers a total body, fast paced strengthening workout utilizing reformers and accessory Pilates apparatus. The small group environment (8 clients) ensures the service is dynamic yet personable. Classes are divided into level 1 and 2 so we can cater individuals of all fitness levels. This is in contrast to our Clinical Pilates service that serves as a rehabilitation tool managed by our Physiotherapists. Please visit www.evadostudios.com.au for additional information.
In-house training and mentoring will be provided ensuring classes are delivered in a challenging, safe, controlled and consistent manner. Our thorough induction program ensures that you will learn key principles in Pilates instructing as well as a large exercise repertoire.
We require applicants to have a minimum of Certificate 3 in Fitness, plus a certification in Pilates teaching / training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for Pilates and general health and fitness. Prior experience in conducting fitness or Pilates classes will be seen as advantageous, but not a necessity.
This role will commence as soon as possible for the successful candidate. A set weekly roster will include a mix of morning, evening and Saturdays.
