Corporate Challenge Events is a specialist provider of team building, corporate training and event management services. These services help clients create and instil a positive team culture, an essential ingredient for business success. Established in 1994, Corporate Challenge Events offers its services to organisations and groups across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to our growth, we are seeking a new team member to join our office in Victoria located in the suburb of Rowville.

The VIC Program Coordinator/Facilitator is an exciting role for candidates passionate about events management, team building and fostering fun & positive cultures in organisations. The successful candidate will also enjoy an engaging, collaborative and progressive culture within Corporate Challenge Events.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working in a small, close-knit team and be able to use your initiative and motivation to work autonomously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing team building and other corporate events for delivery
  • Packing down these events after delivery
  • Facilitating team building events
  • Managing equipment and stock levels
  • Managing supplier orders  
  • Liaising with clients from enquiry to closure of the event

This position services a dual role:

1. You will work on the delivery and facilitation of events in Victoria

2. You will work on the administration of our events nationally

The successful candidate will have:
