About YOU…
We are looking for a proven leader that will motivate a team of energetic crew members and bring to life the extraordinary customer experience that is driving the ongoing success of BOUNCE. You will actively monitor the efficient coordination of free-jump areas, kid’s parties and front of house. Your experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment means that you can think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. You will be highly organised and solution driven, and with a sound awareness of safety standards, you understand the importance of driving a prevention focus.
You thrive on motivating, developing and mentoring crew members to consistently deliver an awesome experience. Possessing exceptional interpersonal and team building skills, you have a positive and energetic cultural impact on the team and promote our engaging environment. We work hard but we also play hard. Each BOUNCE venue is a fun, tight-knit team that celebrates their wins and supports each other.
You will introduce a diverse range of people to the exciting new world of BOUNCE, turning curious individuals into loyal customers. We rely on you to listen to our customers and use your natural charisma, creativity and passion to meet their needs – and remind them that behind our great products and services are amazing people. You are the first to learn, share and create excitement around products, launches, programs and initiatives. And by driving your team to create customer experiences that enhance BOUNCE loyalty, you deliver measurable results and help enrich customers’ lives.

The ESSENTIALS…
To be considered it is essential that you have a L2/Senior First Aid, current CPR and a valid Working with Children Check (or State equivalent). As we are open seven days a week, you will need to have flexible availability including weekends. Prior experience in recreation, entertainment or outdoor adventure sports is an advantage.
