As an F45 Instructor you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and promote the studio in the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
- Motivate gym members during and after training
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
- Ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Welcome clients by name and build rapport
- Continue to build the community culture of the studio
Skills & Experience:
- Cert III and/or IV in Group Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality
- Ambition for career progression
