About the Company:
Debitsuccess has been providing billing services for the Australian fitness industry since 2002 and New Zealand since 1994 and is now the largest full service direct debit initiator in Australasia, servicing a wide range of industries. Debitsuccess has experienced dramatic growth since inception. We currently initiate over $20 million transactions annually, with a value in excess of $1 billion, billing for more than 1,200 businesses. The company has also developed a club management system called Clubware to assist its fitness orientated clients to run their businesses which is installed in over 800 sites throughout Australasia.
About the role:
As a result of recent growth, we have an opening for an Account Manager. This is a fantastic position that supports our clients who are predominantly within the fitness industry. You will be part of the Account Management team based in Notting Hill, Melbourne. Whilst the majority of the position is office based you will be required to arrange face to face visits and meetings with key clients. This position supports clients nationally as as such you maybe required to travel interstate every 4-6 weeks.
Some of the duties include:
- Responding to all of your clients queries in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
- Making pro-active account management phone calls and onsite visits to ensure that your clients are receiving the maximum benefits from the Debitsuccess system.
- Develop Account Management plans for your key clients
- Demonstrating the benefits of Debitsuccess and the value added service we are providing.
- Providing analysis and recommendations to your clients to improve their business practices.
- Providing Debitsuccess training to new and existing clients via the phone, webinar and in person.
- Re-resigning existing clients once they come out of contract.
- Creating and analysing monthly reports - for use both internally and externally.
About you:
Ideally you will have worked at a gym/health club like Anytime Fitness, Goodlife, Genesis or Belgravia. You are familiar with Direct Debit payments and various Club Management Systems. It would be desirable if you have used Debitsuccess and/or Clubware in a previous role but certainly not essential. Alternatively, you might have worked in a different industry but have strong Account Management / Customer Services skills. A high level of computer literacy would be ideal as would a knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
