The Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Manager to oversee the Fitness Program at state-of-the-art Wellbeing Facility in Perth’s CBD. Working with the facility manager, you will be responsible for the PT, Small Group and Group Exercise Program and all associated areas.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maximise all Fitness services
• First Class Exercise Prescription in line with validated methodologies and gold-standard position statements
• Motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness goals

Requirements

• Experience in running a gymnasium, studio or similar
• Experience working with Blue-Chip organisations
• Tertiary Qualified in relevant Field such as Sport and Exercise Science
• CPR/First Aid and a Police Check and a working with children check will be required prior to starting
• Minimum cert 4 in Fitness
• Proven sales, marketing, budgeting experience

Desirable

Gold standard internationally recognised qualification such as NSCA CSCS, ACSM or similar
