The HIIT FACTORY Head Trainer / Studio Manager

Salary: Pro Rata $52,000 PA + Super + entitlements + performance bonuses

Full time and part Time roles available. Flexible working conditions. 

We're looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced Studio Managers to lead The HIIT Factory in a number of locations across Melbourne. The Studio manager positions are a mix of group fitness trainer and manager, and we are looking for the best of the best in group fitness to apply. 

The HIIT Factory is the revolution in fast fitness, specialising in bodyweight group interval training, and cutting edge formats, with sessions only 30 minutes. The HIIT Factory is a family friendly facility with a number of sessions child friendly.  
The HIIT Factory was founded in 2013 and has grown to 6 studios across Victoria, with more being rolled out in Australia and internationally.

At the core of The HIIT Factory is community and having passionate trainers who genuinely care about our clients and helping them achieve great things and get the most out of their sessions, as well as what they do outside of sessions. We are at large at events including fun runs, obstacle races and community based events.   We deliver fantastic results and are looking for a studio manager to lead and manage a great team of coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the continued growth of the HIIT Factory Studio
• Manage the daily operation of the studio and coaches
• Drive and manage client memberships
• Deliver exceptional group fitness classes with huge great energy and professionalism
• Ownership of The HIIT Factory social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram – training provided)
• Attend events including fun runs etc and other events in the local community
   

Required Attributes:

• Previous experience managing a studio/team preferable
• Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, vibrant, passionate and personable approach with clients
• A genuine passion for helping clients with their fitness and health goals
• Consumer / Business Sales experience
• Highly driven and goal orientated
• Committed with a willingness & ability to work flexible hours
• Core values of honesty and integrity
• Self-motivated with strong organisation and planning skills, and a love of early mornings. 
• Passionate about healthy food
• A love of HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, of course!
   

Min Required Qualifications:

• Cert IV in Personal Training
• Senior First Aid

Certifications Required and sought after:

Workout formats we do at The HIIT Factory  (would need to up-skill in some of these if not already certified and can be discussed at interview)
