About the role:

As Assistant Manager in the Centre you will work directly with Centre manager to deliver performance across key areas of Fitness, Aquatics and, customer service in this large ultramodern leisure facility. You will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in the effective delivery of all administrative, financial and planning activities, ensuring the facility meets the needs of the local community. This is a critical role with equal focus on financial management, people management and performance within the centre. 

You will come with:

  • Qualifications in Business and/or Management or equivalent
  • Must have industry experience
  • Experience in the management of a large wet and dry recreation complex
  • People Management/Leading Teams
  • Frontline Management Experience
  • Sound business acumen
  • Senior First Aid
  • Sound knowledge of supervision and public safety requirements
