About your next role
Joining a team of dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic leaders, the Operations Coordinator will be required to provide leadership / ongoing training and direction to permanent and casual Life Guards, Cleaning and Maintenance staff to ensure these areas are maintained and particularly in relation to compliance with GSPO requirements at the highest possible standard .With this you will come with a strong safety background as well.
You will also have responsibility for the administration and management of a range of other projects. These include; Staff management, Program management, financial management, and Planning and on-going Administrative requirements. We expect you to show initiative and be innovative in your management areas.
This is Full time role. You will need to have flexible availability and available at least every second weekend.
You will come with
- Relevant Industry experience in aquatic pool maintenance
- A safety focus and ability to form safety procedures
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Aquatic Technical Operations ( Pool Ops )
- Pool Lifeguard Licence/ Qualification
- Relevant Pool Operations experience
