About the business and the role

We are a boutique full service health club that specializes in Assisted Training and Wellness across our four locations - Oakleigh East, Scoresby, Caribbean Park & Upwey. This position is based in SCORESBY.

At Pinnacle, we believe that our Members are super savvy when it comes to a normal gym offering and they often come to us looking for further guidance, fun and education on how best to achieve results. Job tasks and responsibilities

We created this role within our Business to primarily drive Community, Corporate and Local Business Relationships, directly relating to bringing new Members into our Clubs.

The key tasks and responsibilities include

  • Daily Outbound
  • Prospective Member Call Drives
  • Member Experience
  • Customer Service and Interaction
  • Administration

Skills and experience

This role ideally suits you if:

You are an experience Coach/Personal Trainer that is looking for stability or You are a skilled Membership Consultant looking for a role that is at a higher level than you are currently or You are a Customer Experience champion itching to blend your current skills with an opportunity to grow 

It's a demanding job being one of our cheer leaders, so to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • to be available evenings and some weekends
  • to be self-driven and have a solid enthusiasm for the Fitness Industry
  • to be naturally aligned with our Company Values
  • willing to grow and develop

We will provide ongoing training and development for the successful candidate on our sales and service processes, you will work closely with the Club Manager, Managing Director and Operations Manager to further develop your skills.
