About the opportunity:
You will oversee all aspects of club operations in which we require strong financial acumen, analytical and management expertise. As General Manager, you will value excellent customer service, and demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills, sales and communication capabilities.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will understand the full scope of operational responsibility, running the financial performance of the club. You will be a consummate leader who will oversee:
- Surge Fitness Initiatives and Programs
- Recruiting and Training
- Financial Performance and Budget Management
- Sales, Memberships & Retention strategies
- Compliance, Reporting and Administration
- Club Marketing and Advertising
Skills & experience to excel in this role:
- Minimum 2 years supervising large multidisciplinary teams in a similar business is preferable.
- Up to date First Aid and CPR certificate
- The ideal candidate will have experience using sales systems and CRM’s
