bet365, one of the world's leading online gambling companies, is seeking a Social Media Editor who is passionate about Social Media and who will meet the challenges of working in a varied, fast paced and dynamic environment. The position is available at our offices based in Sydney, Australia.
Content creation is at the heart of this role. You will help develop the bet365 voice and style to engage, entertain and inform our audience and ultimately drive traffic to the website and app. We are looking for a quick witted lover of sport who can think on their feet and capitalise on the big talking points of the day, week, month and year.
You will be responsible for developing an activity plan that constantly looks ahead to the big sporting moments, detailing relevant events for future advertising, campaigns and promotion.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills. Excellent sporting knowledge is essential with a passion for AFL preferable. You should be confident in your approach to Social Media and have an understanding of how campaigns can be optimised to meet paid for and organic engagement objectives. Supporting customers online with their Sports betting queries also forms part of the role. Previous experience of working within a similar role in the gambling industry is preferred but not essential.
