There is an opening for a Customer Service (Reception role), and fitness Leader (gym floor, PT and group fitness member) to join the motivated team at Melbourne's largest and friendly fitness club. Time to love your job.
One of Melbourne’s largest and energetic health clubs has a new opening to join the fitness team.
The club is located in the south/eastern suburbs with many facilities including indoor heated pool, huge mixed gym, massive ladies only gym, group fitness classes, personal training, kids programs, boxing, circuit training, zumba, yoga, pilates, aqua, aerobics and much more.
We are looking for an organized, welcoming, motivated, dedicated, well groomed, friendly personality to join the team.
Individual must work well independently and as a team member.
Must have outstanding customer service skills!
If successful individual is also qualified in crt. III & IV in Fitness to have a large number of hours over the club.
Individual must be accessible to Greater Dandenong / City of Casey area, have own means of transportation, have a happy and motivated personality, ability to deliver a high level of customer service, fantastic phone manner, and assist in club promotions, perform basic computer and administration functions. Fitness club or customer service knowledge or back ground preferred but not essential.
Hours or work is a set week with availability for mornings, days, evenings and rotating weekends.
There is a possible 20 - 34 hours a week, depending upon individual’s capability & qualifications.
This position requires attention to detail, self motivation, high organizational skills, welcoming personality and in return offers room of advancement within the department and / or within other roles within the club.
Center / Club training is at a very high level and is on going throughout employment including participating in training workshops supplied by the club to improve upon customer service, fitness industry skills & standards.
This is an opening that requires the right person to join the motivated team.
Successful candidate will be requiring the right personality to join the team not necessarily the most highly qualified or experienced.
