Gym Manager Applicant,

We are currently looking for a highly motivated full time gym managers one in CBD and one in lower North Shore who has had previous experience in a sales role and or the running of a 24hr gymnasium (preferable). We are looking for an individual who has a passion towards the fitness industry with the ability to interact well as an individual unsupervised and in a team environment. You will need to be able to confidently and respectively deal with challenging customer service issues on a daily basis.

Within our company we now have several Anytime Fitness gymnasiums located between Sydney CBD and the Lower North Shore. To manage this we have our own head office where you will have the opportunity to progress with us should you stay on for an extended period and you will have support staff to help through on a daily basis.

As club manager you will be either working as a sole manager of the gym and will receive all of the prospect leads or as team of two in the busier city gyms. The position includes the daily running of the gym, membership sales, organising maintenance of equipment and putting together advertising campaigns to drive your sales to name a few. 

So what does a CLUB MANAGER do?

• Manage the clubs daily operations
• Sell memberships and generate new sales leads and referrals
• Meet Monthly KPIs and Sales Targets
• Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation and retention 
• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community

Candidates for Club Manager must have all the following:

• A passion for Health and Fitness
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Previous Sales experience 
• Management experience within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential)

APPROXIMATE WAGES

Club Managers wage dependant on experience. ($62,000 - 65,000) + extra commissions + Super

We believe that our wages are very attractive in comparison to other gym manager roles. The reason being we believe the gym manager role is the first point of contact for a new member and is the most important role in running a successful gymnasium. That being said we feel you should be paid correctly for the responsibilities you will take on with this job offer and we feel that you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us. We will expect you to sign a 12-month managers agreement and we trust that once we progress with our working relationship you will be happy with our fast growing franchise.
