Must Have:
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
Previous management experience in a similar role essential with a minimum of 4 years experience preferred
A proven track record in driving sales,membership retention and conducting corporate out reach
Ability to lead and motivate your team ensuring sales targets and personal goals are reached/exceeded
Excellent presentation with superior customer service and communication skills
An eye for detail with strong administration and computer skills
Use your initiative and 'think outside the square'
Total commitment and passion for the fitness and health industry and the needs and desires of your members
Take direction from senior management and adhere to the systems and culture of Anytime Fitness
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management and running of the club, taking full responsibility of this function including staff management and the welfare of your members
Drive new membership sales and membership retention
Use initiative to encourage and inspire team in sales drive and outreach
General housekeeping, ensuring the gym and equipment are always clean and tidy
