'MyFirstGym' Manager is responsible for all areas of the gym including membership experiences, sales acquisition, financial management and overall business operations.
You will have significant input into the direction and decision making within the business and the opportunity for career progression will come up very soon for the right person.
The key duties are -
- Create a club value proposition that increases the visitation frequency of members and positively impacts the overall member retention of the gym
- As the primary driver of the sales acquisition strategy you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and targets with a strong presales focus
- Develop a high performance staff environment that delivers excellence in work, professionalism, maturity and personal standards at all times
The key skills and experience required;
- Experience in working with kids and families in a fast paced and goal orientated business environment
- A proven track record in direct sales and sales management
- Recent and relevant exposure in Managing &/or working in a Pre-sales acquisition campaign
- Strong time management skills
- Previous success in Managing multiple business and operational areas effectively at the one time
- Experienced in coaching and supporting staff members via Personal Development and Personal Improvement Plans
- Strong member / customer management experience
