Gym Manager
Whether you are a gun Salesperson, an experienced Membership lConsultant or an Assistant Manager ready for a more senior role, if you have true passion for sales, health and fitness you just might have what it takes to be a Jetts Club Manager!
Our clubs have a diverse membership base keen to take advantage of our no lock-in contracts, 24/7 access, low membership fees and group training opportunities.
As Club Manager, membership sales is your primary focus, with fantastic support from our Support Office team and Business Owners. You will need to be results driven and highly motivated to achieve KPIs and hit monthly sales targets with generous rewards for high performance! You will need to be organised, self motivated, a great communicator and love all aspects of customer service. The role involves:
- designing and implementing prospecting plans and point of sale referral strategies to drive member growth
- creating and enacting marketing activities, both in-club and in the local community
- booking daily appointments though telephone contacts, SMS, email and Facebook
- providing brilliant customer service to existing members
- creating a club culture that is welcoming, supportive, inclusive and fun
- managing a small team of Personal Trainers
- administrative duties such as reporting to the Business Owner, liaison with suppliers and facilities management.
A background in the Health and Fitness industry is an advantage, but if you have a proven track record of sales success, or membership and customer service experience, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
Ultimately we want a Club Manager who takes ownership of the club and loves the challenge of sales, and achieving business growth!
Applicants must have their own transport and possess (or be willing to obtain) a Cert III in Fitness, and current First Aid qualifications.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, substantial bonuses for club growth and base salary increases based on club membership growth.
