Contract - Parental Leave replacement position – up to 12 months
Salary neg from $976 - $1,049 P/W + Super
In this position you will be required to assist with management and daily operation of the Swim School and Aquatic Program Bookings. You will also be providing leadership and support to swim school instructors and managing Birthday Party programs.
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Current Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety certificate.
- Current Austswim Teacher of Infants & Pre-school certificate.
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and database systems.
- Outstanding communication skills which support and foster customer service of the highest standard.
- Advanced knowledge of aquatic programming & delivery.
- Knowledge of recreation/leisure centre operations and programs.
