Health and Lifestyle Coach Required | FIFO | Immediate Start

- This position requires you to liaise with both the Client and Contract Manager across all areas of the business. Sites are usually high paced environments, often under high pressure with challenging deadlines.
- The HLC must ensure safety is implemented with all village residents and gym inductions completed as required and that the recording of each is carried out for monthly reporting purposes. Likewise, any and all safety related incidents must be recorded and provided to the Contract Manager for compilation of relevant statistics and compliance reporting to both internal and external clients.
- This position requires you to work in various areas of the business. The HLC must be a leader, be motivated and able to organise programs and provide information assistance to the clients in a professional, efficient and economic fashion on a daily basis as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate qualification or higher in a Health and Life style Education or related course
- Including current First Aid and CPR certificates
EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in the provision of training to staff, preferably with a safety focus;
OTHER
- All staff are required to undergo and pass a medical assessment to ensure they are ‘fit for work’ prior to commencing work at the site.
- All staff are required to undergo a Police check prior to commencing work at site.
- All staff must undertake a range of site specific inductions prior to commencing work at the site, the number and type of inductions will relate to the work duties performed
