Grandiflora Nurseries is Australia’s largest and leading cut flower rose nursery. Located in Skye Victoria (south east of Melbourne) Grandiflora consist of 6 hectare of state of the art purpose built environmentally controlled glasshouses. Grandiflora is family owned and operated, with 65 years of rich floriculture history within Australia.
We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the current Production leadership team. Previous experience in floriculture is not essential but some experience in horticulture would be desirable.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in leading people
- Be able to work within a team environment
- Be willing and able to learn on the job
- Be physically fit due to the physical demands with working in a glasshouse environment.
