 Veterinary: Customer Service Representative

Vet HQ is one of the most respected Veterinary clinics in the Eastern suburbs.

We offer the highest standard of patient care with a focus on offering our clients gold standard customer service. An exciting opportunity has opened for a full-time customer service representative to join our progressive and high performing team.

The right candidate must be passionate about people as well as animals with an aim to provide a high standard of care to all our clients.  We are committed to professional development and maintaining a positive culture so we can continue to deliver gold standard service.

Although experience in a veterinary practice would be desired, it is not essential as we are looking for someone who is focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

• Experience in RX works preferred but not essential

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating with clients and staff
• Financial transactions
• Administration duties
• Maintaining records and communications
