Due to the pending retirement of a long-standing employee, we’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in South Australia. In this role, you will be developing and executing regional sales plans aligned to the overall national sales strategy for the Eyre Peninsula territory.

  • Preparing and executing customer business plans to realise gross margin targets whilst optimizing expenditure and working capital
  • Developing strong customer relationships through value-adding activities, proactive communication, insightful sales analysis and technical training
  • Contributing to the development of the national sales strategy by identifying and reporting on market intelligence and product/practice trends
  • Effectively acting as the interface between customers and Nufarm by ensuring prompt and efficient processing of correspondence, requests and orders
  • Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities for assigned territory
  • Resolving customer product performance enquiries

 

This role would suit an experienced and results driven Sales professional who understands the Agricultural industry in South Australia. Commercially minded and customer-focused, you will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and are passionate about developing constructive relationships with our customers, including growers and channel partners.
