The Position: Based in Ranelagh at our state-of-the-art Hatchery and reporting to the Hatchery Manager, this role will support the running and operating of a 24 hours a day/7 day a week facility. The key tasks to be carried out are in line with fish hatchery processes and husbandry procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in freshwater fish farming and is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Person: You will be a self motivated team player who has a passion for freshwater fish farming. Training and development opportunities may be provided for the ideal candidate.
In addition to the above, you will have:

Diploma in Aquaculture;

Technical knowledge of fish husbandry;

High level of organisation and communication skills;

The ability to work nights as required;

Previous experience in a hatchery environment (viewed favourably)
