About the Company
Croplogic was formed in 2010, based upon intellectual property from the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited. Croplogic aims to improve crop yields by combining advanced research and technology with an in-field agronomy support team to provide accurate advice to growers.
About the role
Champion the Croplogic precision agricultural products into the Southern Australian markets through the excellent management of sales staff, maintenance of strong customer relationships and the deployment of product and sales promotions.
Responsibilities
- Achievement of regional Sales Targets
- Maintenance and Improvement of Key Customer Relationships
- Market and Competitor Feedback
- Management and Leadership of People
- Cost, Cash Management and Forecasting
- Input to & Implementation of National Sales & Marketing Initiatives
Education / Experience / Skills
- Min. Undergraduate degree in Business, Science or Agriculture or related field
- Demonstrated successes in agricultural sales with minimum 5 years previous area or territory management experience
- Preferred previous agronomic experience with digital AgTech products, Interpersonal competencies appropriate for motivation of distribution and farmer customers, and able to work well independently, as well as within an extended team environment.
- Good time management, written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
- CRM literate and demonstrable CRM management competency
