Within the Turf and Landscape business, there is now the requirement for a Turf Sales Manager – to join the field sales team and manage the growing business throughout NSW and ACT. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing market share with distributor partners and end users, and generating demand for Syngenta products by selling ‘value adding’ turf management solutions. This includes delivering outstanding customer service, enabling Syngenta to become the knowledge and innovation leader in the turf industry. Turf markets include golf courses, bowling greens and the growing business of council parks and sports fields. Most of the work is within the Sydney basin.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant science discipline
  • Key account management experience
  • High level sales skills
  • In depth knowledge of turf agronomy
  • Experience in running field development projects

You may be involved with or have expertise in the turf industry (eg sports fields) through council, contracting or agency channel and are looking for a new challenge to align with one of the leading suppliers in industry.
