Due to continued success and growth, we are pleased to announce that our Client will be developing their Fresh Produce growing operations in August this year. With the final negotiations in motion, we are looking for talented farm professionals based in Tasmania who believe they have what it takes to continue with this success story.

We are eagerly looking to speak with experienced Farm Managers, Site Managers and Supply Managers about this exciting opportunity. With operations in Victoria or Tasmania we are willing to support relocation for the right person and their family.

You will harness your skills and knowledge within the agricultural industry to drive continuous improvement through good planning and exceptional site productivity.

Main Duties

• Mentor and motivate your team and ensure all are engaged and compliant with legislation

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders and suppliers

• Embrace continuous improvement and innovation to drive efficiency and exceed KPI’s set for the operation

• Run daily  operations to produce quality crops and increase profit

Skills

• Intensive Fresh Produce production experience essential

• Tertiary agricultural / horticultural qualifications preferred

• Hands on approach to work

• Refined people management and relationship building skills
