Full-Time, Casual or Part-time Groomer Wanted & Bather Wanted
Who are we?
We are an established small animal clinic in the prestigious suburb of Mosman on the North Shore. Dr Chris Mather & Dr Rachele Lowe have been in partnership at Mosman Vet for over 20 years and lead a team of talented veterinarians and experienced nurses. As a clinic, we strive to offer our clients gold standard service and care while their pet is visiting our clinic. We also have a very loyal following of clients and an exceptionally friendly team, as well as a beautifully newly renovated grooming salon (including hydraulic-lifting bath!).
**We currently hire wonderful groomers on Working Visas and Student Visas and are very flexible**
What can you offer us?
- minimum 6 months grooming experience (or bathing experience if applying for bathing position) within a salon or veterinary hospital
- some experience grooming specific breed clips
- confident scissor trimming, anal gland express and nail clipping
- excellent communication skills with fellow employees,
- excellent client relationship skills, be motivated, positive, well presented and reliable,
- be enthusiastic about improving your experience and abilities in this field,
At Mosman Vets we offer standard clipping as well as scissor and breed specific clips. We would like to hire a groomer who is keen to establish themselves in the clinic and develop their skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as our regular clients like to get to know our groomers and will often want to chat with them on admission.
