The current position is casual or full-time between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:30 pm weekdays. Availability on Saturdays is essential. 

The successful candidate will have or will be studying Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

Tasks Include:

• Cleaning and maintaining a sterile working environment
• Knowledge of products and routine procedures
• Ability to provide outstanding animal care advice
• Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues and customers
• Assist Veterinarians in surgery; having understanding of anaesthetic and instruments
• Provide care for animals by monitoring, medicating, cleaning and preparing
• Maintaining stock levels and keeping accurate records
• Perform receptionist duties, answer phones and use veterinary systems

We understand some applicants may require further training in some of the tasks listed above.

We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, hardworking and has a 'can-do' attitude.
