This position would suit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring person who enjoys working with both animals and people. Duties would include assisting in the care of animals, kennel room duties, maintaining hygiene in the hospital, assisting veterinary staff and customer service. No previous experience is necessary, however animal handling skills are a distinct advantage.
This is a casual position with Saturday work a requirement.
Macquarie Animal Hospital is located in South Hobart and is a busy two vet practice that is open Monday to Saturday. Our staff are close-knit and provide a happy supportive work environment.
