Pork Storks Australia (PSA), part of the rapidly expanding Apiam Animal Health, is looking for a Lab Supervisor to join the team in Lethbridge.
Pork Storks is the leader in pig semen processing and delivery systems in Australia, operating two state-of-the-art pig semen collection facilities that encompass superior health, environmental control and quality management systems.
In this role you will manage a small team to ensure processes are followed as per site accreditation and standard operating procedures.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in supervisory roles
- Laboratory experience in genetics and/or animal production
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team on site and stakeholders to achieve results
- High attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft programs (Office, Excel, Word)
