The Regional Agriculture Landcare Facilitator will work closely with pastoralists, land managers, producer groups and industry bodies to facilitate and implement workshops, events and projects that promote sustainable production and achieve sustainable agriculture and natural resource management outcomes.
Strong community engagement skills to work effectively with a range of community members and stakeholders is required. The Facilitator will need to demonstrate an understanding of sustainable agriculture and natural resource management and project management skills.
Located in Port Augusta the region offers a great outdoor lifestyle close to the Flinders Ranges, Eyre Peninsula and outback. This role requires regular remote distance driving and overnight absences.
