Labour Solutions Australia is seeking experienced orchard/farm operators to assist with tractor and general orchard related activities on a large citrus farm south of Berrigan, NSW. This is an ongoing position with a growing corporate farm. With additional plantings already planned on farm to expand the already planted 350 acres.

The main activity is foliar spraying, weed maintenance, irrigation maintenance and all round general orchard activities. You will require a current chemical users certificate for NSW and forklift licence. If you currently have tractor experience but don't have a chemical ticket then arrangements can be made for your to attend a course at your own cost. Like wise for a forklift licence.

You will be working under the direction of the Farm Manager but must also be able to work alone.

Main activities but not limited to:

• Foliar spraying of Citrus trees
• Spraying weeds and other spraying activities
• Maintaining irrigation infrastructure
• Other tractor related activities could also include - slashing, mulching, soil preparation
• Overseeing and supervising picking
• Load and unload trucks
• Other activities as required by Farm manager

Individual must hold:

• Current Chemical Users Certificate - NSW or seek to obtain one
• Currently drivers licence
• Forklift Licence - seek to obtain one

Salary will be negotiable based on experience.

You will require your own transport to site. No onsite accommodation available. Farm is 30 minutes from Cobram, 10 minutes from Berrigan. Must be willing to relocate for the position.
