Healthcare Australia are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker in the Bayswater Area

We are currently recruiting an experienced support worker to support a NDIS participant within the Bayswater area. Our client is looking for assistance to help him access the community this will include social activities and also attending regular appointments

This role is well suited to an individual who is passionate about the role and committed to providing a high quality ongoing services

   ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

6 months full time experience within a support worker role

3+ days/week availability to work

Must be available to work flexibly across the day (shifts could include shorter or longer shifts and can vary between AM, PM and Night shifts)

Experience supporting clients with a Psychosocial Disability

A valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport

A valid First Aid certificate

A current National police check

A current Working with Children Check(We can assist with this)

This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and flexible. Successful applicants must be able to work unsupervised and have a good understanding of care plans and capacity building.
