Are you ready for a challenge and prepared to give 100% to make that difference in someone’s life? Eskleigh has an opportunity for Support Workers to join their Southern Services (Hobart area) and North West (Burnie/Ulverstone/Devonport areas) team.
The South vacant positions include working within group homes, supporting people in their own homes and within the Eskleigh day support centre.
The North West positions will be based in the community supporting people in their own homes.
Your role may vary and will include daily living skills, community access, promoting independence, planning, assisting with medication and helping the people we support achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role you must be committed, motivated, enthusiastic, maintain a sense of fun, enjoy challenges, think outside of the square and show respect for people’s individual choice’s and decisions.

Requirements, Skills and Expertise
- Experience supporting people with disabilities or an interest and willingness to work with people with a disability and show dedication to their quality of life and watching them succeed;
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster (preferable);
- Demonstrated computer skills;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Current CPR certificate;
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check;
- Current National Police Check (dated within the last 3 months)
