The role:

The Client Service Officer is responsible for providing an outstanding client service and resolving a wide range of enquiries as the first point of contact in a high volume environment.

Main deliverables of the role will include:

  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries relating to all aspects of the Community Housing sector operational needs
  • They will assist clients and provide expert advice with requested information and services relating to Social Housing, Affordable Housing, Access & Demand applications and maintenance requests
  • Monitor reception and all meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and safety
  • Provide expert advice on housing opportunities across all housing areas

Who we are looking for:

This role is varied and requires a person who has:

  • Appropriate qualifications in frontline management, social housing or business administration or extensive relevant career experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
