About the Role
Put your communication and negotiation skills to good use in this fast paced, rewarding role working with clients to focus on improving their capacity to work by identifying and addressing employment barriers and building skills. The role will require a genuine passion for working with those in need with a strong focus on job referrals, an ability to meet individual targets and contribute to a site team.
You will also work closely with site and regional colleagues to find and refer job seekers to the right opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
- A passion and drive for helping people find employment;
- The ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs; and
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
Remuneration
By way of guidance, the salary range for this position is $49K to $60K. A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
