Working with our clients you will:

• Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities or complex behaviours
• Implement positive support plans based on client's individual needs
• Provide clients with personal care, assistance with daily activities and/or assisting with Medications
• Promote team work and independence
• Build relationships with clients/families and co-workers

About you:

If you are a positive, flexible and caring individual who has exceptional work ethic and experience in the support industry we are looking for you.

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills
• Ability to commit to a casual & varied roster
• Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities in all aspects of their lives
• Assist in building a supportive and safe workplace
• Build relationships with clients/families and co-workers
• National Police check or able to obtain
• Blue and Yellow Cards or able to obtain
• Current First and CPR or able to obtain
• Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
