About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Catchment Manager to join our team at ReGen within the North Catchment. This role is responsible for monitoring service performance against catchment targets and identifying opportunities to develop improved responses to community needs.  The role also plays a key part in the development and maintenance of effective stakeholder relationships and oversees the management and coordination of all team members within the catchment to deliver efficient and effective AOD services. The role is also critical to the effective functioning and collaboration of the services and partnerships within the catchment and ensuring consistency of practice, efficient use of resources, strengthening relationships between all service providers and fulfilling the contractual requirement of the operations. 

About you

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Relevant health and/or welfare Tertiary Qualification such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in management are preferred.
  • Certificate IV in AOD or have completed the required competencies (or able to complete within the first 12 months of employment).
  • Competencies in dual diagnosis (or able to complete within the first 24 months of employment).
