Contract Job

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are now seeking experienced Reverse Marketer.

Our company is currently looking to appoint result driven candidate, who has a passion to place jobseekers into sustainable employment. Thrives in a fast paced environment and not afraid to pick up the phone and contact prospective employers to reverse market jobseekers.

Your responsibilities;

• Individual case management of clients, some of whom may have barriers to employment
• Coaching clients through their job plan
• Job matching clients and negotiating job placements with the employer
• Delivering group learning sessions
• Reverse marketing to local business
• Mentoring and supporting clients post job placement ensuring they are succeeding and sustaining in their employment placement
• Conducting employment services activities compliant with contractual and legislative requirements.

  Skills & Experience required;

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly results focused with an ability "to think outside of the box'
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI's
• Demonstrated excellent time management, administrative and IT skills
• Resilient, self-motivated and with an ability to influence
• Proven conflict resolution skills and an ability to diffuse potential situations
• Proficiency in delivering a quality service with an ability to adhere to guidelines and be compliant
• An understanding of labour market trends and challenges faced by clients
• Knowledge of employment services is desirable, but not essential. Recruitment, sales or account management experience is advantageous.
