We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the municipality of Manningham.
We are looking for a Coordinator -Community Centre Based Respite to manage our Grevillea House and Cassia Day Respite programs. The role will be responsible for the delivery of consumer focused programs and services, effective on-boarding of new clients whilst delivering an excellent standard of care. A key focus will be the promotion of our Community Respite programs, ensuring our intake numbers are in accordance with funding guidelines.
About You
This is a great opportunity for a person with experience coordinating engaging and client focused community centred based respite programs who is interested in working for a highly regarded community organisation.
You will be tertiary qualified from a relevant discipline including a registered nurse qualification or similar. Your knowledge of aged care funding including Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP), aged care accreditation would be valuable in the role. You will have demonstrated experience in coordinating a flexible community respite team or similar, operational planning, budgeting and time management. You will be an effective communicator with knowledge of a range of computer packages including MyAged care, TCM and staff rostering software.
