Jobs Statewide is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee several of our Inner Western Sydney branches. This role is ideal for a driven, fast paced individual with extensive staff management experience in Employment Services.
The key duties of this role include:
- Leading and directing operations of branches through the Branch Managers
- Driving the regions' performance
- Staff training, development and staff meetings
- Business planning and managing continuous business improvement
- Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly targets
