- Provide 1:1 support for Aged/Vulnerable clients within their homes
- Ongoing rosters, Great Hourly Rates, Weekly Pay + Super - start ASAP
- Work close to home within the Ballarat / Goldfields Region
McArthur are recruiting in a quest to find Community Care PCA’s / Support Workers that can deliver an exceptional level of care to elderly, vulnerable clients who wish to remain living independently in their homes and in the community. We are therefore seeking staff that are very reliable, have a caring and compassionate personality, are flexible and willing to work with a wide range of people. Successful candidates will take pride in delivering a seamless, high quality service to their clients with a consumer directed care approach.
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications in Certificate III Aged Care / HACC
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Victorian Drivers licence and a reliable car with comprehensive insurance Carers are required to drive between clients homes and transport clients in their vehicle
- National Police check, dated within last 12 months
- Working with Children’s Check
